Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place your unworn UGG Originals in their original branded shoebox, then secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
